You pay for what the agent does. Nothing else.
Not per model, per seat or per API. The price follows the modalities your agent uses — it listens, it talks, it reads, it sees — so there are four rates and one add-on, and you can work out your own bill in about ten seconds.
Every workspace starts with $10.00 in free credit. No card to begin, no minimum, no contract.
Text
$10.00
per 1,000 messages
$0.01 per message
A written agent — chat, embed, threads. Billed per agent reply, because a thread has no duration.
Voice
$0.06
per minute
Speech in, speech out, tools, knowledge — and US calling. Billed per second of connected time.
Text + vision
$10.00
per 1,000 messages
+ $0.01 per minute of camera time
A written agent that can also see your camera or shared screen while you type.
Vision is not metered yet — the camera is free until it is.
Voice + vision
$0.07
per minute
$0.06 voice + $0.01 vision
The whole agent — it hears you and sees what you are showing it. One rate, camera included.
Vision is not metered yet — today this bills at the voice rate.
Vision is one number, wherever you add it
$0.01 per minute the camera or shared screen is on — the same delta on text and on voice, because the cost is the looking, not the talking. Voice with vision is $0.07 a minute.
Vision is live today and not yet billed — agents that use the camera are charged at their text or voice rate until metering ships. The rate above is what it will become, posted in advance so nothing about your bill is a surprise.
A thousand voice minutes a month is $60.00. That is the whole calculation — there is no platform fee under it and no seat count beside it. Move the dials for your own numbers.

Three things cannot fold into a per-minute rate without overcharging everyone or going negative on a few. They stay separate — as guards, not upsells.
- Extra phone number$2.00 / month
A fixed monthly cost, not a per-minute one. Your first number is included.
Not billed yet — extra numbers are free until recurring billing ships.
- SMS$0.05 / message
The carrier charges per message, so we do too.
- International calling$0.06 / minute
International calling bills at the standard per-minute rate today; destination pricing is coming. Destination rates span 10–70× US, so a blended number would be wrong for everybody — until that lands, you pay the US rate wherever you dial.
Never billed
Worth saying out loud, because most platforms charge for at least one of these.
- The platform itself — no seats, no minimum, no annual contract
- Building, testing and versioning agents in the studio
- The CLI, the SDKs and the API surface
- Knowledge base storage, embedding and retrieval
- Tools, integrations, connectors and post-call actions
- Transcripts, recordings, analytics and session traces

Knowledge is measured the way you actually think about it — pages and files, not chunks or embeddings. Storing and searching what you upload is free; the cap is on how much we ingest for you each month.
Not yet purchasable
Monthly billing is still being built. Today the same workspace runs pay-as-you-go on the rates above — start with $10.00 of credit and top up when you need to.
Start pay-as-you-goAllowances above are what the plan will include when monthly billing ships. Until then nothing on this page meters against them — your workspace wallet is the only limit that applies.
Run the whole stack on your own infrastructure
For teams where the audio cannot leave the building
- Our own speech models, end to end — nothing rented, nothing phoning home
- Your VPC, on-prem or sovereign cloud; audio and transcripts stay inside it
- All 23 languages, including Indic
- Licence plus a share of the savings, so the price tracks the value
- Built for healthcare, government and finance
Priced to your footprint
Volume, languages and compliance needs all move the number, so it is a conversation rather than a table.
Talk to usWe have stopped selling speech and language models as separate products — the agent is the product now, and its rate covers the whole pipeline. If you already have a key pointed at /api/models, nothing changes: your key keeps working, at the rates it has always billed, drawn from the same workspace wallet. We are not switching it off, and there is no migration you have to do.
These are read live from the biller, so they are the rates you are actually charged. Building something new? An agent will almost always cost you less than assembling the same conversation from three calls.
Prepaid, and metered as it happens
Top up a workspace wallet and usage draws down in real time — voice per second of connected time, text per message. You can see every session it paid for. No contracts, cancel by not topping up.
